Arrivée ARRIVAL

The formalities are done in advance: check-in on the internet. Plan and hosting number sent by SMS.You arrive, the gate opens, and you drive directly to your accommodation.

No need to get out of the car to check in at Reception.

Hébergement ACCOMODATION

The cleaning and disinfection of your accommodation is carried out by a cleaning agent, protected and trained in the sanitary protocols in force.

Products and method :
This operation lasts from 30′ to 1 hour depending on the size of the accommodation. Our agents use cleaning-disinfection products in accordance with the virucidal standard EN 14 476 indicated against Covid-19, and follow a proven protocol:

  • complete ventilation of your accommodation during the time of its cleaning
  • checking and cleaning of air conditioners
  • disinfection of contact points (door, cupboard and window handles, window tower, keys, remote controls, chair, dishes, etc.)
  • spraying a textile disinfectant on curtains and benches
  • diffusion of a disinfectant and air purifying spray at the exit of the accommodation

Linge de lit et de toilette BED LINEN AND TOWELS

The maintenance of the linen and sheets of the accommodations is ensured according to the recommendations of the health authorities.

The beds are made by our agents in accordance with the sanitary and hygienic instructions in force.

At the end of your stay, you will be asked to collect the sheets in the bag provided for this purpose to avoid any contact with our agents.

Sanitaires et lieux communs TOILETS AND COMMON AREAS

They are cleaned and disinfected several times a day.

Dispensers of hydro-alcoholic gel are at your disposal, as well as that of our teams.

Sanitaires et lieux communs SWIMMING POOL & POOL AREA

Heated outdoor swimming pool with salt electrolysis treatment that eliminates 99% of germs and bacteria in accordance with ARS standards.

Extended opening hours from 8am to 10pm.

Limitation of the number of clients and bathers at the same time in order to ensure the best distance.

Swimming pool beach without deckchairs or Chilean (free to the client to bring the Chilean from his accommodation) to ensure cleanliness and hygiene.

Restauration & Commerces RESTAURANTS & SHOPS

“Le Café” (take-away meals, pizza, sandwiches…) and “la Boutique” normally operate from 7am to 11pm in compliance with sanitary measures, including a reorganization of the space to respect the distance.

But it is also possible to order online, with a drive, click & collect. Or to be delivered on the terrace of your accommodation (extra charge).

Interventions techniques TECHNICAL INTERVENTIONS

They are carried out by technicians trained in barrier gestures and equipped with personal protective equipment.

Interventions techniques ANIMATION / KIDS CLUB / TEEN CLUB

The organization of the Kids Club, the Teen Club and the animations in general will be done in accordance with the directives of the authorities.

Wearing the bracelet is mandatory. It allows to control the entrances/exits on the site; any external person will not be accepted without having been registered beforehand.

I respect the signage to guarantee distance.

I use the hydroalcoholic gel available at the different points of the Blue Ocean Area.

I regularly air my accommodation, and I leave all the windows wide open when I leave (check-out).
