Who has never wanted to leave the city for a weekend or a week to clear the mind, lighten the body and free its energies?

Far from a fashion trend; surfing, yoga, life in the great outdoors have been present here for many years but are not exposed as in Bali or California, references in this field.

In the middle of a beautiful pine forest, a few minutes from the ocean, come and relax after a ride on a horse or bicycle. Test pilates to relax the muscles used during the surfing or circus session!

And of course, enjoy a yoga session* in rare conditions: on our deck in the middle of the forest, or on the beach sand facing the ocean (with sunset as a bonus!).

Finally, treat yourself with a massage that will get you back on your feet after an active day. Or why not a few hours of thalassotherapy, at our partner Atlantal Anglet’s in “Le LAGON“: 350 m² pool (indoor and outdoor) of sea water heated to 33 °C including underwater jets, bubble mats, bubble beds and counter-current swimming courses, swimming corridors, sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, solarium.

Naturopathy, crusine workshops

For meditation and fasting enthusiasts, as well as for beginners, the Espace Blue Océan, 20 minutes from Biarritz International Airport, welcomes you in summer and winter for a workshop, or crusine course, under the guidance of Brigitte Maury, a renowned naturopath.
All courses include a naturopathic check-up and a free treatment to choose from (Diavein, Equilios, Reflexo, Massage, Celluwave).

Water fasting

During your stay you will experience the physical and spiritual benefits of fasting.
You will experience a unique moment, an enriching and timeless human experience, in a rare natural setting.

The detox cure

If a fast still seems difficult to you, come and experience a “detox” cure or a monodiet, it happens within and at the same time as a water fast. During this experience you will discover and appreciate all its benefits for your health. With the support of a caring team.

Water fasting: abstinence from food, consumption of water at will.

“Detox” fasting: abstinence from food other than three vegetable and fruit juices per day to be modulated according to the case.
